IT’S IMPORTANT TO US THAT YOU'RE COMPLETELY SATISFIED WITH YOUR MERCHANDISE.
To send an item back to us, you may use any shipper you like, but we recommend purchasing tracking and insurance, as we cannot be responsible for lost return shipments. You are also responsible for the return shipping fee.
Once we receive your return package, please allow 1-2 weeks for processing. We will send you an email notification when your refund has been processed. Your refund will be issued according to the payment method you selected for the original order. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Exchanges
Due to our rapidly changing store inventory, we does not process exchanges. We suggest that you send your merchandise back to us for a refund, and place a new order with us at any time.

If the package is delivered and shows delivered on the carriers site we will not ship a replacement or provide refund.
Estimated Shipping Times
Most orders ship within three business day. Packages are only shipped Monday — Friday, excluding Holidays. Please be aware that orders shipped to an address other than the verified billing address may require extra processing time of 1-2 business days for security checks.
